Rebar or reinforcing bar is a steel bar that is used in the construction process to reinforce the structure by boosting compression force under tension. Rebars are one of the most commonly used construction materials.

Indostar HSDS rebars are superior in quality and possess outstanding features. They are produced in a modern mill equipped with state-of-the-art HYQST technology and CCM machine. Indostar also uses a Ladle Redefining Furnace in the production of the bars. We ensure standardized chemical composition and durability of the rebars as they are manufactured with virgin steel. Our rebars come with excellent yield strength, UTS and elongation even better than the BIS standards. Their uniform size and weight are guaranteed by the use of automatic shear machine controlled by PLC.

Indostar HSDS bars are hard on the outside, and have a softer core. Due to this feature, they are extremely ductile and are a perfect choice for earthquake-prone areas. They are also fire resistant due to their treatment during production- quenching & self-tempering at the temperature of 650*c. Hence, our HSDS rebars are extremely safe and help to minimize the losses in case of any mishappening. Our rebars are highly flexible due to the usage of magnesium content in their production.
